Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the day after processing day.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order can be delivered to you either by the local post office or by a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice may be left by the postal service to let you know how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipment arrangement in case packages are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
